Now that Mallory is three years old, we decided to enroll her in dance. She's been asking for a while now, so we started doing our research and learned that most programs do not have a class for toddlers under three, unless you wanted to do a parent/child class. While Mallory was in Twist-N-Tumble gymnastics, some of the other mom's were telling me about Just For Kix. I started comparing Just For Kix to several other local studios and found they were a little more in our budget, and closer to home. They are a statewide company, but have local classes in Farmington, so I was excited about that. I have also come to learn Mallory's Godmother Kelly also went to Just For Kix when she was a little girl, so that made it an easy choice.
She has one 30 minute class each Tuesday evening. They start RIGHT on time and then for the last five minutes, us parents are allowed in to watch their progress. So far, I've cried every week. She is doing so well and is having so much fun, it's just overwhelming to see her so happy. To top it off, her friend Kallie from school is in the same class! The program is eight months long with December and April being performance months. Mallory will have her first official dance recital on December 17th.
