M.E.L. is really starting to recognize her "favorite" things. She totally love her pink blanket and gets super cuddly when you wrap her up in it. Thanks Auntie Sue! She will also grab it and rub her face in it if you drape it over her legs.
Mallory (like most babies) really likes toys with lights. I was able to find a few smaller hand held toys with lights at Target over the weekend, and of course, she just loves them!
This past summer, Christopher was able to find a play mat at a garage sale, so he scooped it up, cleaned it up and it has become one of Mallory's favorite things to do. She just coos with delight when she is playing on her mat.
We have also tried her Bumbo seat. She does okay in it for a little while, but gets frustrated because it requires A LOT of work on her end. A little more each day, and she will be just fine I am sure. Thanks to Jessie and Eric for that treat!
We just switched our bottles due to the fact our current ones were always leaking. Mallory seems to really like them, but we were both getting ultra frustrated with the leaking. You never knew when or how they were going to leak. Top or bottom, now or later, it was getting old fast. I was worried about switching since the bottles we were using seemed to work very well with Mallory, but like usual she adapted well and actually eats quite a bit faster with the new bottle. Either way, she's doing great when it comes to eating. For those that are wondering, we were using Playtex Vent Aire Advanced. We are now using Avent Naturally. We recently rediscovered Sam's Club. Yep, should've started going there A LONG time ago. No one can come close to the price for diapers, or formula. I was so excited, I love saving a buck or two!
Anyway, Mallory is good, growing fast and still sleeping like a champ!
